Total Active listings – 83% decrease
Total Sales volume – 61% decrease
Average Sale price: $1,231,361 – 11% decrease (all 1- bedroom and 2-bedroom sales)

Pemberton:
Total Active Listings – 56% decrease
Total Sales volume – 48% decrease
Average sale price: $1,047,250 – 91% increase
